This scrapbook is primarily related to the retirement of Henry P. Edwards. This book contains articles and correspondence congratulating Edwards on his retirement. Most are handwritten or signed by many teams, as well as Landis, Clark Griffith, Ed Barrow, Connie Mack. The members of the 1943 BBWAA have all signed a congratulations letter. Also included are Edwards 1939 and 1940 AL Passes; BBWAA member cards from 1930 to 1932, 1934-1935; Cornell luncheon invitation. There is correspondence from Landis, 1933; Chandler, 1936; Tom Yawkey, 1936; W.G. Bramham, 1937, 1944; Connie Mack, 1942; telegram, 1944; International News Service, 1947. Pencil drawings on onion paper, artist and dates unknown.
